Role Details
As a/an Senior Portfolio Engineer & Team Lead, you will (be):
- Lead manager for Fixed Income ETFs
- Determine optimal portfolio strategy to minimize tracking error to index
- Determine optimal hedging strategy (FX or rates) where applicable
- Work closely with trading desk to determine optimal execution strategies
- Contribute to product development process along with senior team members
- Client-facing representative for Fixed Income Portfolio Management team
We are looking for:
- At least 10 years experience in Fixed Income Portfolio Management
- ETF or Index-tracking portfolio management experience preferred
- Derivatives knowledge a plus
- Ability to work within small team in a high growth environment
- Knowledge of Aladdin a plus
- Knowledge of Factset or other risk/attribution software a plus
- Advanced Degree or CFA a plus
