What are the ongoing responsibilities of an Institutional ETF Specialist?
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to increase AUM within Franklin’s ETF business
- Responsible for client coverage across the Institutional spectrum, including Asset Managers, Insurers and Asset Owners
- Develop a framework for comparing competing vehicles across the capital markets spectrum
- Educate, train, and collaborate with other Institutional Distribution partners to enhance awareness of ETF offerings
- Provide market updates, investment insight and relevant industry data to clients
What ideal qualifications would help someone to be successful?
- Relevant BA/BS degree desired, or equivalent work experience
- MBA/CFA desirable
- 5+ years ETF industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investments
- FINRA series 7 and 63 U.S. licenses required
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Travel required (>50%)
