Success In This Role Would Be Achieved By


  • Prospecting and pre-qualifying leads by leveraging proprietary databases and research
  • Initiating and maintaining a relationship with RIA and/or Wirehouse Financial Advisors
  • Engaging proactively with Financial Advisors using phone, web presentations, targeted emails, and other technologies
  • Delivering value-added commentary, research, and due diligence material to Advisors throughout the sales cycle
  • Promoting industry knowledge & trends across the greater sales team

Experience And Required Skill Set


  • BS/BA degree required; business-related degree preferred. Additional advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 license in good standing
  • 1-3 years of experience within the asset management industry specializing in ETFs, mutual funds, or separate accounts
  • Proven understanding of the asset management industry and ability to develop relationships with portfolio managers and research analysts
  • Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Discipline to work remotely from home as needed – hybrid
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance from our Midtown Manhattan office
  • Proficient in SalesForce CRM and Excel
  • Strong character references and a clean compliance record
  • High degree of professional maturity
