Job Purpose:

  • Our product specialists maintain the highest standard of product reporting for Invesco funds and clients including responsibility for the administration of fund factsheets and other regular product reporting outputs
  • The reporting activities cover all Invesco fund ranges domiciled in the EMEA region, with a special focus on Invesco ETF product range.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, production, design and distribution of regular product and client reporting via Invesco’s Client Communication Platform, Excel, OBI or other tools accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with the partners in local and international Invesco offices (e.g. Product Development, Investment teams, and Client Service teams) and all external/internal clients
  • Identifying system functionality and operational improvements to eliminate manual solutions and workarounds, whilst promoting a scalable support model
  • Providing oversight to support activities from the Client Reporting teams in Invesco’s Hyderabad office, ensuring all deliverables are met and assistance given
  • Understanding evolving client needs and meeting growing industry and regulatory requirements. Documentation of procedures and implementation of controls around reporting processes and data usage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the financial services industry desired. However candidates with a keen interest and looking for exposure to a Global Asset Manager would be considered
  • Good investment knowledge and understanding of the asset management industry. Proven understanding of investment funds, in particular ETFs, would be an asset
  • trong analytical, problem solving abilities and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative within boundaries of the role
  • Advanced Excel skills a minimum
