What we are looking for
The main function of this role is to oversee the the basket operations for the ETF client base as well as the reviewing and processing of corporate actions on the ETF Global Platform, basket fail trade resolution, AP inquiry management, maintenance and review of the ETF Global Platform, and preparation and review of management reporting.
What you will be responsible for:
- Team Management
- Process, review, and approve baskets for ETF client base
- Custody Trade reconciliation for basket trades
- Ownership of research and response to AP Basket trade settlement inquiries
- Action of resolution for Authorized Participant (AP) basket trade settlement inquiries(No Authorization)
- Responsible for identifying, processing, and reviewing corporate action events which fall under the scope of the corporate action servicing/client servicing agreement
- Preparation and review of various management reporting
- Resolve issues with ETF Global Platform
- BUAT testing for releases from the ETF Global Platform
- Review configuration requests for ETF setup and reporting needs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities
