Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing firmwide initiatives and respond to third party due diligence questionnaires, as well as other internal and external requests for information
- Work with Portfolio Management and Research teams to review the exposure, index methodologies and competitive positioning of existing Global X ETFs
- Conduct due diligence on third party providers as it relates to ongoing index maintenance
- Perform rebalance, replicability and capacity analyses of existing Global X ETFs
- Draft and review product-related regulatory filings and materials for board meetings and senior management
- Develop deep understanding of ETF regulatory guidelines and product structure to determine feasibility of new product opportunities
- Identify and assess new business opportunities for the company
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience (ETF industry experience preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or similar
- Proven success in demonstrating quantitative, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Practical knowledge of ETFs and general market structure
- Experience developing Excel models (market forecasting, P&L, etc.)
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
