Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ongoing firmwide initiatives and respond to third party due diligence questionnaires, as well as other internal and external requests for information
  • Work with Portfolio Management and Research teams to review the exposure, index methodologies and competitive positioning of existing Global X ETFs
  • Conduct due diligence on third party providers as it relates to ongoing index maintenance
  • Perform rebalance, replicability and capacity analyses of existing Global X ETFs
  • Draft and review product-related regulatory filings and materials for board meetings and senior management
  • Develop deep understanding of ETF regulatory guidelines and product structure to determine feasibility of new product opportunities
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities for the company

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of work experience (ETF industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or similar
  • Proven success in demonstrating quantitative, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Practical knowledge of ETFs and general market structure
  • Experience developing Excel models (market forecasting, P&L, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
