Your role

Are you a client relationship or sales specialist with a strong track record and experience in the French market? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations? Do you have the knowledge and experience to drive the development of our ETF & Index Fund business in France?

We’re looking for a ETF & Index Funds Sales in France to:

• represent the ETF & Index Fund business to our Wholesale and Institutional clients
• implement the right sales and marketing strategy to meet sales targets and generate revenues
• retain and develop client relationships, as well as guard against risk exposure
• proactively identify new business opportunities from our existing and prospect clients
• create and implement a strategic client book development plan
• collaborate with internal colleagues and support the efforts of our third-party relationships

Your expertise

• proven track record in client relationship management and sales positions, preferably in the ETF & Index Funds business with client book in France
• strong sales and coordination skills (e.g. on marketing activities)
• good communication and influencing skills
• knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar; prior experience with CRM applications would be a plus
• ability to develop a sales plan and implement it successfully
• ability to consolidate customers’ needs and communicate them to management
• French mother tongue and excellent proficiency in English
• university or University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration (or similar) required, other certificates or diplomas would be an advantage
• strong analytical and conceptual abilities
• well organized with the ability to manage time-lines autonomously and deliver under time pressure
• client-oriented and team player.
