Job Purpose:

  • The role in EMEA ETF operations  is to contribute to the successful operational go live of the EMEA business
  • The ideal candidate is an energetic self-motivator, with knowledge of the ETF Services who can help to deliver market leading ETF products that enhance client satisfaction, support sustainable business growth and deliver positive shareholder value add (SVA).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participation in operational build out of EMEA ETF servicing
  • Work closely with Product development and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
  • Managing the settlement of Primary and Secondary Market ETF order and trading activity
  • Building relationships with J.P. Morgan’s Global ETF Clients, Authorized Participants and Internal Service Partners
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
  • Work through settlement discrepancies with brokers in EMEA and across the world.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ETF Servicing experience
  • Third level qualification
  • Strong independent contributor who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments
  • Vocal in challenging business as usual operating models and recommending innovative product improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to devise creative solutions in response to client requests and strategic product goals
  • Ability to map proposed product solutions against a diverse and complex technology and operations platform
  • A strong team player and an ability to work in teams distributed across the globe, ability to influence across multi teams
  • Current and practical knowledge of the Custody business specifically on Exchange Traded Funds
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors
  • Ability to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed operations organizational model.
