As a Senior Associate in Global Client Data team you will report directly to the Global Client Data Manager and will be involved in all aspects of ETF products across our European Retail and Institutional business teams. To be successful in this role, you must have a working familiarity with Data Modeling and Management and understand of the competitive landscape and be well versed in how the Exchange Traded Fund vehicle has evolved and continues to grow and change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as a Global Client Data contact for Retail and Institutional Sales teams, Technology and other key stakeholders
  • Influences and works effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels and distribution channels
  • Analyzes and translates business needs into sound business and data models that streamline data movement, reduce data redundancy and improve information management
  • Works with technical teams to create conceptual data models
  • Promotes an innovative, data-driven culture that drives efficiencies and contributes to bottom-line results
  • Troubleshoots and optimizing existing data models and flows
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with data vendors, ensuring compliance and data governance standards and contractual obligations.
  • Monitors and assess data vendor performance, including data quality, timeliness and adherence to SLAs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Relevant business and data modeling experience with a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities
  • General knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds and other investment related products
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong project and agile management skills – able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress and effectively track deliverables to completion
  • Comfort with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence as we look to introduce innovative techniques to govern our data.
  • Experience in working large data sets and data tools (Python, Pyspark or SQL)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM related platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • BA or BS degree required
