About the Program:
- The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents (or equivalent) and above, who left the workforce to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers
- The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship
- Beginning March 2019, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years
- You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and receive career coaching.”
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner
- The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program
- The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Asset Management businesses. The program aims to place candidates into mid-to-senior level roles, targeting the Vice President level across front office support groups. Individuals with previous (5+ years) experience relevant to the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply
Ideal candidates would have experience in one of the below areas:
- Business Management
- Product Development/Management – Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives, ETFs or Smart Beta
- Project Management – MiFid II etc
- Client Services or Front Office Support roles
- Governance, Risk or Controls experience.
