Job Purpose:
- We are looking for an ambitious, investment oriented, business professional to play a key role in driving the success of our ETF Managed Portfolio Solutions (EMPS) business in the US
- As the Product Manager – ETF Managed Portfolios, you will drive growth through building and managing the best-in-class ETF Managed Portfolio platform

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the ETF Model Portfolio product platform to provide high quality offerings catering to distinct segments of the market
- Build a product development strategy to ensure the ETF Model Portfolio product platform remains a best-in-class holistic offering
- Ensure profitability is optimized both across the platform in total, and by product suite
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Develop thought leadership pieces for the benefit of our clients and to establish State
- Street Global Advisors and SPDR ETFs as a leader in the provision of model portfolios
- Work closely with relevant investment teams within State Street Global Advisors to enhance products, expand the platform by delivering relevant solutions
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure effective messaging of our investment capabilities and platform to the market through high quality collateral
- Be an investment expert on the portfolio strategies and communicate the benefits of the team, process and performance to clients
- Engage with the US SPDR Sales team, Strategic Research Group and their respective clients as a Subject Matter Expert
- Develop efficient engagement of all stakeholders of the ETF MP business to ensure we meet client needs
- Improve efficiency in all aspects of the ETF MPS team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- With 5- 7 years’ of relevant experience, you will need an understanding of the ETF product set as well as the EMP landscape
- A Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, business, economics is required. MBA, CFA (or working towards) preferred.
