This is a 1 year Intern contract based in the UK.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the ETF, Index and Smart Beta Sales Team with client prospecting activities (i.e. market segment analysis and client mapping)
  • Helping to respond efficiently to client queries and requests e.g. Bloomberg research in relation to ETF, Index and Smart Beta products
  • Assisting with various aspects of client servicing including: client requests, due diligence questionnaires, account opening and fund onboarding
  • Taking the lead in managing Amundi ETF’s relationship with 3rd party Fund Platforms, used by our wealth and DFM clients
  • Working with the sales team to help position and pitch ETF, Index and Smart Beta products with clients and prospects
  • Helping to produce and distribute regular external and internal reports, including oversight of the sales teams CRM and trade monitoring
  • Close collaboration and strong communication with various teams within Amundi UK and the broader Amundi Group to ensure effective client responses

Candidate criteria

  • Minimal education level
  • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
  • Academic qualification / Specialty

Required skills

  • Previous experience in Investment Banking / Asset Management is preferable
  • Qualifications such as IMC advantageous
  • Previous experience ideally gained within a Sales team
  • Beneficial to have an interest/or an understanding of the ETF Index and Smart Beta market and related products
  • Resourceful and proactive – able to assimilate and present information from a range of sources
  • Excellent communication and research skills are essential
  • A positive, can do attitude and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to leverage resources internally
  • Fluent English speaker
