In your new position you will be part of the ETF & ETP team within Cash Market Business Development Wholesale. The team manages Deutsche Börse’s Xetra ETF & ETP segment, which is the European leader in this asset class. The team develops new services in ETF trading and maintains close relationships with all European ETF providers. In your new role, you will be responsible for admitting new products to our segment and processing any product updates. You will generate ETF market research and statistics for both, internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities

  • Manage the admission of new products to Deutsche Börse’s ETF & ETP segment
  • Manage client relationships as key contact for the segment admission process
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive ETF and ETP product database on a daily basis
  • Prepare press releases to support the promotion of new product listings
  • Interface with the various internal stakeholders involved in the product admission process including Listing, Market Operations, Communications and Marketing
  • Produce product statistics and research reports for internal management and external clients on a monthly basis
  • Review and implement new tools and processes to further enhance our analytical framework
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries in German and English
  • Constantly work to tight deadlines, with accuracy and on your own initiative

Your profile

  • University degree (or equivalent) with a focus on finance or business administration
  • Ideally, first practical experience in the ETF industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex numerical data
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Focus on delivery with a structured and customer-oriented approach to problem solving
  • High level of resilience, self-motivation and strong team player
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, VBA and Python skills are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
