Job Purpose: 

  • The VP and Head of SPDR Digital User Experience is a member of the SPDR Digital team, which is building out the road map for digital success within the SPDR ETF Marketing group
  • As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the digital experience on SPDR US Web properties
  • Reporting to the Global Head, Digital Experience, you’ll become a subject matter authority and advocate for the site visitor.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Defining and managing the SPDR US Website’s information architecture by researching user needs and analyzing site inventory, strategy and target audience
  • Owning the digital experience of marketing campaigns by coordinating with business teams, including content strategists, product strategists, channel marketing and brand strategists
  • Defining and prioritizing enhancements that support the digital experience and working with the Digital Product Owner to implement
  • Defining and leading best practices for content publishing and campaign promotions
  • Continuously improving site engagement by analyzing traffic patterns and finding areas of improvement
  • Managing and overseeing the Digital Experience Team, including the SPDR Sr. UX Architect responsible for implementing campaign landing pages, promotions, and content publishing.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • You have 10+ years of relevant experience in digital UX/IA
  • You have experience with detailed analysis, reporting and strategic planning
  • You have experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe products a plus
  • You are knowledgeable on financial services; have experience with exchange traded funds
  • You have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • You can focus on and handle multiple projects at any given time
  • You work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
