WE is seeking an Senior Operations Consultant.
Senior Operations Consultant will:
- Enable organization to expand membership engagement by supporting projects resolving the bottlenecks of WE growth, such as technology overhauls on website revamp, career center revamp
- Support increased sponsor opportunities
- Empower volunteer leaders by assuring roles and opportunities are clearly defined and communicated
- Establish long-term institutional awareness and document retention to support a smooth transition during leadership changes
- Execute agreed upon operational responsibilities of the co-presidents to enable them to spend more time setting the direction of WE, our goals and strategy for growth.
Skills and Education:
- Project management and operational experience
- Ability to manage several pressing projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with robust work ethic, self-motivated
- Strong communicator
- Bachelors in relevant field, required
- Five to seven years of relevant experience, required
- Women in ETFs membership and experience, preferred
- ETF ecosystem experience, preferred
- Website and social media experience encouraged.
- Remote working position in home office, laptop and MS Office subscriptions provided.
