Job Purpose:

  • The Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions Marketing team plays a critical role driving enterprise-wide marketing strategy for the digital, data and technology solutions capabilities that is driving the transformation of BNY Mellon’s core capabilities and mapping the digitally-enabled future of the firm
  • In close partnership with senior members of the BNY Mellon Digital and Technology teams, this marketing team is focused building the brand architecture of our solutions, and launching new products and capabilities within our businesses. The Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions marketing team serves as a central source and conduit of information between the marketing teams of the lines of business and our central capabilities.
  • The Marketing Specialist role will help to implement marketing and communication programs in support of the firm’s key strategic initiatives and business goals. In addition this individual will support global brand awareness, client acquisition and deepening, and employee engagement. This individual role will work cooperatively with internal resources to support activities. The role will be part of the global marketing team based in the US.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes go-to-market strategies in support of Data, Analtyics and Technology Solutions marketing.
  • Responsible for helping to manage the Data and Analytics Solutions brand, and oversee the production of promotional materials (largely digital), marketing through media channels, and managing vendor relationships to support marketing endeavors related to key initiatives
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leads
  • Execute marketing automation initiatives and measure analytics
  • Supports social media activities
  • Support marketing events where BNY Mellon is hosting or participating in industry events
  • Captures analytics and metrics around work being delivered, analyzes results and adjust proper action
  • Represents the company at meetings with internal and external stakeholders/ clients
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required 3-5 years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred
  • Collaborate well with global marketing and sales colleagues
  • Have excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Perform effectively with limited guidance
  • Are results oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Adapt rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible.
