Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client relationships, ensure high quality client servicing and relationship management (focus on portfolio management and ETF selection teams in banks and asset management companies)
  • Assist and influence the creation, delivery and management of the German marketing and communication materials
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and leverage information with the team in Paris and other relevant sources
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements, including all money laundering, legal and compliance requirements
  • Use departmental procedure and tools (ex CRM) and where necessary suggest improvement
  • Comply with all of the centralized corporate functions objectives and practices, including  Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, Media Relations and manage internal relationships with Dealing, Compliance, Legal , Marketing and Business Operations
  • Exchange information on client relations with the AM institutional and wholesale distribution Teams as well as ETS/ETC and THEAM Quant Fund Distribution Teams within CIB
  • Ensure a positive approach to challenge and provide open and honest feedback
  • Inform your management on a regular basis of competitors move and success in all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of BNPP, BNPP AM, MAQS and BNP Paribas Easy
  • Provide regular information on business activities to line manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant business development experience with focus on institutional/corporate clients
  • Product/technical knowledge (ETFs or similar financial instruments)
  • Experience in creating, delivering and management marketing /communication materials
  • Very good command of German and English is required, French is a plus
  • Networking ability
  • High commitment, energy and ‘drive’ to succeed in an international and diverse commercial environment
  • Strong all-round communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate 
  • Team work, ability to work with colleagues and other departments is crucial
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint.
