Job Purpose:

  • For our BNP Paribas Asset Management team we are looking in our ETF & Index Solutions team located in Munich for a
    Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and German Speaking Switzerland (DACH).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business via both potential/new and existing clients in coordination with the local Head of Business Development for ETF and index solutions
  • Develop and establish strong cooperation with local BNP Paribas Asset Management sales units and other units of BNPP Group especially Corporate Institutional Banking and BNP Paribas Asset Management Wholesale Distribution and Institutional Sales in coordination with the local Head of Business Development for ETF and index solutions
  • Execute the BNP Paribas Easy strategy in the country, in line with the given KPI’s
  • Ensure all sales related procedures and processes from client acceptance, activity reporting via CRM systems (SalesForce) are implemented and observed
  • Advise Sales Management on market developments and potential new strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant business development experience with focus on institutional/corporate clients
  • Product/technical knowledge (ETFs or similar financial instruments)
  • Experience in creating, delivering and management marketing /communication materials
  • Very good command of German and English is required, French is a plus
  • Networking ability
  • High commitment, energy and ‘drive’ to succeed in an international and diverse commercial environment
  • Strong all-round communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate
  • Team work, ability to work with colleagues and other departments is crucial
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
