Your Responsibilities:
- Developing theme-based indices
- Analyzing thematic investment trends, sectors, companies and their business models
- Following and observing trends and developments on capital markets, especially in the equity space, to generate new product ideas
- Designing qualitative research papers
- Communicating and interacting with institutional clients
- Intercommunicating with our inhouse Product Development and Sales teams to create new indices
- Improving and further developing existing processes.
Skills and Qualification:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with relevant work experience in the finance industry or adequate (e.g. equity research or portfolio management)
- Broad knowledge of capital markets
- Network and track record with institutional investors
- Familiarity with quantitative investment strategies
- Experience with data vendor terminals (eg. FactSet, Reuters or Bloomberg)
- Highly structured and dedicated approach to work
- Hands-on mentality, team-spirit and strong motivation
- Intercultural competence and strong communication skills.
