• Monitor, anticipate and assess market, client, competitor, regulatory, and industry trends to drive product strategy and identify opportunities for new product innovation
  • Define and build the business case for new product development or modification initiatives through assembling fact-based and compelling presentations to senior management and Fund Trustees
    • Perform analyses to drive insights and inform recommendations
    • Synthesize research / analyses, and develop concise and effective proposals in both PowerPoint and Word
  • Drive execution and project management on new product launches or product modifications
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans
    • Own end-to-end responsibility in collaboration with other internal functional partners, including the Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product Management teams


  • 7+ years of related experience in the asset management industry, ideally with 3+ years of experience in ETF product development
  • In-depth knowledge of ETFs and the marketplace
  • Strong investment acumen with a solid understanding of economics and capital markets
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into observations / recommendations
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills interacting with various constituencies within the firm
  • Self-starter with urgency, personal responsibility and accountability
  • Results and process-oriented with a proven ability to multi-task and execute on deliverables in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Morningstar Direct
  • BA/BS required; MBA or CFA (Charterholder or Level 2+ candidate) strongly preferred
