Job Purpose:

  • The marketing team of Lyxor ETF is responsible for all marketing activity for Lyxor’s ETF business across Europe
  • The team is split into two halves; one half responsible for the creation of central marketing content, the second half responsible for local marketing strategy
  • Together the team covers institutional and wholesale markets across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Northern European marketing head with promotions of Lyxor ETF in the UK, Nordics and Netherlands
  • Creating and distributing marketing campaigns
  • Using channels including digital and print advertising
  • Assist with analysis and planning of campaigns
  • Create locally relevant material
  • Distribute adverts and creative material to third parties
  • Liaise with agency partners to coordinate production of materials
  • Maintain websites with relevant news and materials
  • Use Smartfocus tool to send regular emails
  • Help run client events
  • Manage the delivery of email campaigns
  • Compile and analyse results of activities
  • The role is a support function with little autonomy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and strong writing skills are a must
  • Experience with email / cms systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good record of time management
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effective communication
  • Propensity for hard work!

  • Degree educated
  • English essential
  • French, Dutch or Swedish an advantage.
