Your Responsibilities:

  • Description of the Business Line or Department – Summary of the business, coverage, services
  • The marketing team of Lyxor ETF is responsible for all marketing activity for Lyxor’s ETF business across Europe. The team is split into two halves
  • one half responsible for the creation of central marketing content, the second half responsible for local marketing strategy
  • Together the team covers institutional and wholesale markets across Europe
  • Summary of the key purposes of the role – Summary of the key objectives and primary goals (minimum 3)
  • Assisting the Northern European marketing head with promotions of Lyxor ETF in the UK, Nordics and Netherlands
  • Creating and distributing marketing campaigns
  • Using channels including digital and print advertising
  • Assist with analysis and planning of campaigns
  • Create locally relevant material
  • Summary of responsibilities – Minimum of 6 responsibilities to be identified
  • Distribute adverts and creative material to third parties
  • Liaise with agency partners to coordinate production of materials
  • Maintain websites with relevant news and materials
  • Use Smartfocus tool to send regular emails
  • Help run client events
  • Manage the delivery of email campaigns
  • Compile and analyse results of activities
  • Level of Autonomy and Authority – Define the autonomy of the role and what the job holder can authorise and make decisions on – If applicable
  • The role is a support function with little autonomy.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Fluent English and strong writing skills are a must
  • Experience with email / cms systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good record of time management
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effective communication
  • Propensity for hard work

Advantageous:

  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Experience in ETF environment
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Experience managing and editing websites
  • Marketing experience an advantage.
