WisdomTree Investments is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join the Marketing team, with at least three years of agency or client-side experience.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who has great project management skills, is very organized, flexible and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing several projects, you must enjoy variety while prioritizing your workload in order to meet deadlines and key objectives. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively with all teams and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content creators from Research and Investment Strategy to fill any collateral content gaps, for sales or marketing purposes
- Managing all internal and external compliance submissions for sales and marketing collateral (presentations, fund overviews, papers)
- Review and maintain all collateral within brand guidelines
- Leverage an internal workflow management system to facilitate all quarter-end updates to collateral
- Work with partners in IT to facilitate updates on several pieces of collateral that require database integration
- Maintaining project status spreadsheets and proactive communication with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- An intelligent, enthusiastic individual with the ability to absorb quickly and seek out process efficiencies
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent writing/proofreading and interpersonal skills necessary
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a virtual corporate environment
- Possess skills in project management, strong time management and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising or Communications focus a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, other content creation tools
- Ability to work individually and self-start projects
- Previous experience with Seismic is a plus
