Job purpose:

  • The manager supervises a family of funds to ensure the operations of those funds run efficiently
  • Build and manage relationships within the various departments of Invesco to maintain the accurate flow of information for basket processing, Portfolio Manager support, trade support, corporate actions, pricing and capital markets
  • The Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintaining external relationships in the secondary markets such as index providers, exchanges and market makers
  • The Manager works closely with custodian and accounting teams and will need to understand the settlement process as well as the Net Asset Value calculations for an exchange traded fund
  • Ongoing support of the fund family will be through board reporting, metrics, management review and other avenues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the ETF process, cash management and utilization
  • Creates and maintains board materials
  • Builds and maintains metrics for management review
  • Builds and maintains policies and procedures for secondary market activity
  • Provides and oversees daily reporting to Portfolio Managers
  • Client Service Responsibilities related to QQQ and BLDR funds
  • Works with portfolio management, investment operations for issue resolution
  • Work closely with outsourced accounting, custody and administration teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Five or more years of Custody and or Investment Accounting experience
  • Direct experience with Exchange Traded Products preferred
  • Supervisory and over site experience preferred
  • Must be able to multi task different initiatives at once, take direction well, and strong follow through skills needed
  • Ability to work optimally in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Outlook.
