Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop the marketing strategy for Fixed Income, as a part of the Primary Markets overall strategy.
  • Define target audiences based on insights and analytics and on proposition strategy
  • Define campaign themes and thought leadership opportunities that support LSEG’s business priorities for the Capital Markets Division Partner with stakeholders in our Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing is aligned with, and supportive of, business agenda, growth priorities and our product launch process
  • Provide input into the packaging and positioning of our solutions to develop compelling value propositions
  • Propose marketing campaigns that will retain and grow LSEG’s Capital Markets business – driving awareness, interest, leads, opportunities and sales
  • Develop Content Briefs for marketing campaigns including market situation, themes, key messaging including differentiators and proof points, KPIs and recommended channels to market
  • Define the marketing objectives including growth and retention targets and specific opportunity plans
  • Work closely with the Capital Markets leadership team, Brand/Content, Integrated Marketing, Press, Digital Marketing and Government Relations to build & execute global integrated marketing campaigns that support Brand and/or Revenue campaign objectives
  • Work with Research and Business stakeholders to influence
  • Thought Leadership agenda to support marketing programs, ongoing regulation changes and new product launches
  • Successfully partner with key functions across the Global Marketing team to execute and measure the success of marketing programs:
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing to develop regionalised marketing strategies for the Primary Markets offering, leveraging key channels in each region to deliver integrated campaigns and region-specific activities
  • Coordinate PR coverage where relevant for launches or other major events as well as forming a tighter interlock with GRRS Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute amplification programs through media partners and promotion on social channels
  • Work with digital marketing on digital marketing assets, tracking and optimising tactics to enhance and improve campaigns
  • Coordinate with Design Studio and Content team to ensure web page copy and campaign materials are relevant, impactful, and customer-centric
  • Partner with content teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality sales enablement tools and materials (in partnership with Product Management/ Business Development)
  • Education Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, English, or related fields Work Experience
  • Experience of Marketing in a B2B environment at a similar level to this position
