Job Purpose:

  • The Manager, Digital Marketing Automation will aim to create exceptional, personalized customer experiences by delivering the right message, at the right time, in the right format across all of Fidelity’s digital channels
  • Responsibilities include marketing automation campaign planning and execution, maintenance and continuous improvement optimization of marketing programs, leveraging marketing A.I. to create efficiencies, and other related marketing technology initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in the development, maintenance and operations of Fidelity’s marketing automation and sales enablement platforms to maximize lead generation and demonstrate ROI
  • Ensure efficient operations of key programs and processes along with integrations with other marketing technologies and CRM
  • Develop digital marketing and sales enablement strategies to support organizational goals with key client segments and accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics and I.S. to develop a deep understanding of client preferences and design engaged strategies that drive results
  • Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of system enhancements for continuous improvement
  • Produce regular reporting and campaign tracking to increase marketing effectiveness by leveraging campaign analytics, along with industry, customer and competitor insights to inform strategies and tactics
  • Bring a wide range of digital expertise to all projects and act as a subject matter expert for marketing in areas such as automation and A.I.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing and 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience using CRMs (Salesforce preferred) sales enablement (Seismic)
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms for campaign reporting (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau)
  • Advanced knowledge of innovative marketing practices across multiple channels (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.)
  • Database administration expertise and knowledge of website personalization tools (Adobe Test and Target) are an asset
  • Completion of a University degree (Marketing, Business, Arts, Math, IT-related or Engineering background)
  • Completion of Adobe Analytics certification, Marketo certified expert preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to leverage data to formulate solutions that address complex business problems
  • Creative thinking with a passion for growth and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Project management, organizational abilities and strong analytical skills essential.
