About the role:
- Generate, develop, and own product ideas and features
- Work with leaders across WisdomTree to facilitate, gather and build detailed functional requirements
- Partner with our experience team to bring ideas and experiences to life
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points and potential market opportunities
- Aggregate product data and build out intuitive, easy to consume analyses and reports
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business
- Guide the QA process, creating product tests and owning acceptance criteria
- Track and report on progress of features and product performance with key internal and external stakeholders
Your background:
- Able to work EST hours
- A sound understanding and growing interest in cryptocurrency, blockchains, and general Web3 industry trends
- Real-life collaboration with designers and software engineers
- Experience creating product documentation such as functional requirements, user stories, and wireframes/mockups
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and finding creative ways to move forward
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- A willingness to join a tight-knit team and represent our products and services in the broader Defi community
Nice to have:
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Direct Fintech, Financial Services and/or Web3 work experience
- Taking a product from ideation to launch
- Familiarity with highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with reporting software such as Tableau, Sisense or Looker
