About the Position

We are currently hiring for an Institutional Sales role focused on the Taiwan market for Jane Street’s Hong Kong office. In this role, you will partner with our Sales team to develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors in Taiwan, and contribute to building our broader client business across the region.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Join the team that both prospects new clients for Jane Street and provides sales coverage for existing clients
  • Help map the institutional client landscape in Taiwan, including defining and prioritizing opportunities to engage within ETFs and fixed income
  • Work with other internal and external stakeholders building a successful Jane Street client franchise in Taiwan
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Jane Street’s trading expertise and our execution service’s features and benefits
  • Work closely with the marketing team on branding ideas and client appreciation events
  • Source and maintain our internal CRM system
About You
  • Experience with various client segments of ETF sales
  • 5+ years of experience in ETF sales or capital markets experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwan market; any previous trading/sales trading experience is a plus
  • Solid ETF knowledge preferred
  • Organized and professional with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, Salesforce, and Bloomberg
  • Fluency in English is required
