Job purpose:

  • The platform is part of the wider passive asset management platform at DWS, which manages EUR 120bn globally
  • You will be selling Passive investment products such as ETFs and solutions to existing clients and prospects with a focus on institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding prospects and providing relationship management for institutional clients
  • Working with management to establish a specific sales strategy for the institutional client base in the United Kingdom
  • Organising and participating in meetings/ events with both existing and potential clients
  • Presenting DWS passive solutions suite, performances and characteristics of existing and yet-to-be-launched solutions, portfolio attributions and outlook to existing clients and prospects
  • Handling client requests and finding quick solutions to issues including compliance guidelines, modification of mandates or investment guidelines, performance calculations and valuation reconciliation.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent qualification/ work experience)
  • Institutional sales experience within either a buy or sell side environment, selling Passive products/ ETFs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and perseverance and tenacity in difficult and delicate situations
  • Multi-tasking abilities and capability to keep both a big picture view on the business.
