Job Purpose: 

  • You are the brand advocate for SPDR ETFs and SSGA in Europe, supporting the local positioning and the global brand for the ETF business taking into account the global mission and vision.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Using leading design platforms to create campaign assets, email templates and literature layouts
  • Support the implementation of localized marketing campaigns working with marketing subject matter experts to deliver assets across the full marketing mix including: PR, events, DM, paid and earned media and digital to support business priorities and sales initiatives/collateral
  • Together with the Direct Marketing and investment research teams, you will support a communication program supportive of our
  • ETF initiatives and help create best practice templates
  • As part of our central Marketing team you will ensure delivery of the ‘global creative or campaigns’ that works for our local markets whilst remaining aligned to our brand guidelines
  • You will contribute to our brand efforts and work with our global brand and design leads to provide input into our global programmes, so that they can scale more effortlessly across EMEA markets
  • You will be creating adverts and localise banner advertising across our key markets in EMEA
  • You will work on our global web programme and help design customer journeys and make improvements to the design where it is hindering the customer experience
  • You will be working on improving both internal and external power point presentations to ensure they convey information in the most efficient way in terms of graphics.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Advanced design and technology skills covering covering Power Point, Indesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator
  • Great understanding of business goals and user behavior
  • Ability to work at a strategic and a tactical level; this is a hands-on role
  • Several years of Business to Business marketing experience within in the financial services industry preferred
  • Capability to work within an intercultural European team and within a global organization
  • Curiosity, flexibility, strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness
  • Dynamic, high-reaching, creative and innovative
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data to create infographics and lead external design agencies.
