Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Personal Investor Marketing team of specialists to deliver a best in class digital experience for our clients as we bring a new retail platform and proposition to market
  • Develop comprehensive client strategy based on detailed segmentation to identify areas of greatest impact
  • Accountable for the design, development and implementation of the whole of business B2C strategy to deliver significant growth across engagement, acquisition and retention and achieve commercial outcomes
  • Lead critical partnerships across Marketing, Personal Investor business and Technology to achieve data driven outcomes delivering our revenue pipeline
  • Bring the ‘marketing and digital experience’ voice of our direct clients to critical decision making collaborating across channels and product lines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline with relevant post graduate qualifications
  • Significant experience leading B2C marketing teams to deliver the client experience across digital platforms
  • Proven experience in connecting developing connection and impact at a retail level in the Australian market
  • An executive stakeholder management skillset with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence a group of executive local and global stakeholders
  • Significant experience is leading and transforming B2C marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience building, leading and motivating high performing teams, particularly in a virtual environment
  • Proven ability to interpret and absorb data and translate into strategic recommendations
  • Contemporary marketing leadership through direct, digital channels transforming how a team connects, engages and delivers the marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly Wealth Management / Savings / Investment Management.
