Job Purpose:
- We are looking for a Fund Implementation Manager to join our Product Services team
- Global Operations enables OFI to make a difference for our clients by delivering sophisticated service and solutions and enabling our business partners and OFI to be successful each day through Product Services, Reporting Solutions, Investment Operations, Data Operations & Strategy, Fund Treasury, Strategic Vendor Management and the Transfer Agent departments
- The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and driving key business initiatives with a specific emphasis on product launches (various vehicles), institutional client onboarding as well as leading other strategic assessments to successful outcomes
Your Responsibilities:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of the Asset Management industry, including detailed operational knowledge setting up various vehicles/wrappers (Retail, CIT, LP, LLC, ETFs, UCITS, SMA, etc.) and processes such as Transfer Agency and/or other middle and back office Financial Services operations is desirable
- 3+ years direct project management experience supporting multiple business groups from inception through successful implementation in a cross-functional environment, including defining scope, validating requirements, quality testing, deployment planning, and ensuring user readiness.
- Experience utilizing a variety of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, Waterfall and others
- Demonstrated ability to manage, assess, and communicate project status, issues and risks to business and technology executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools (MS Project, Workbench, etc.).
