The Department:

As a global asset manager, Invesco has built a robust ETF product range that includes over 200 US-listed ETFs totaling more than $350 billion in assets under management. Our ETF platform is known for its highly innovative approach to ETF investing and is based on alternatively weighted strategies (e.g. fundamental, factor, equal weight) as well as the market leading BulletShares suite.

Your role:

The ETF Direct Markets Support Specialist will be part of the ETF product team and will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for ETF individual investors. Through various mediums (phone/chat/email) will educate individual investors on Invesco’s ETF products while being able to answer a variety of questions. This role functions in a team environment to contribute to asset growth and retention within the Invesco US ETF product line.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide education to individual ETF investors with varying degrees of ETF knowledge on investment strategies, product positioning
  • and portfolio implementation strategies across the entire Invesco ETF range
  • Respond to client inquiries relating to fund features and performance
  • Meet or exceed service level expectations with clients
  • Have positive relationships with other teams and departments
  • Collaborate with internal partners to refine, improve, and develop ETF offerings and messaging

The experience you bring:

  • Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within 3 months of hire
  • Undergraduate in business, finance or related subject area required
  • Previous client facing financial services or previous experience in a sales or service function strongly preferred
  • Investment related experience with specific subject matter expertise in ETFs preferred
  • Proven track record to think strategically and build positive relationships
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
