Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients on to increase AUM within Franklin’s LibertyShares ETF business
- Build brand awareness, provide client solutions and insights
- Engage with clients across the spectrum, including Asset Managers, OCIOs, Pensions, Foundations, Insurance Providers, Corporations and Endowments
- Drive client activity through Calls, WebEx and Emails
- Contribute to the ongoing support and follow up process alongside ETF Specialists and broader Sales organization
- Shape client prioritization and focus via 13F, Broadridge and other sources of client data
- Create and maintain databases related to client activity to enhance the existing sales process
- Provide timely market commentary, investment insight and relevant data to clients
- Act as a central point of contact across Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategic Relationships and Capital Markets to enhance and inform developments from all groups
- Keep the team up to date on new product and portfolio trends
- Travel within the territory as needed and attend conferences and events when appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of investment industry experience
- Series 7 and 63 required
- MBA/CFA desirable
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investment vehicles
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar
- Limited travel (<25%).
