Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients on to increase AUM within Franklin’s LibertyShares ETF business
  • Build brand awareness, provide client solutions and insights
  • Engage with clients across the spectrum, including Asset Managers, OCIOs, Pensions, Foundations, Insurance Providers, Corporations and Endowments
  • Drive client activity through Calls, WebEx and Emails
  • Contribute to the ongoing support and follow up process alongside ETF Specialists and broader Sales organization
  • Shape client prioritization and focus via 13F, Broadridge and other sources of client data
  • Create and maintain databases related to client activity to enhance the existing sales process
  • Provide timely market commentary, investment insight and relevant data to clients
  • Act as a central point of contact across Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategic Relationships and Capital Markets to enhance and inform developments from all groups
  • Keep the team up to date on new product and portfolio trends
  • Travel within the territory as needed and attend conferences and events when appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of investment industry experience
  • Series 7 and 63 required
  • MBA/CFA desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investment vehicles
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar
  • Limited travel (<25%).
