We are looking for a dynamic leader at Assistant Vice President level to join the Fund Accounting Group management team in an ETF Client operations role. This managerial position has responsibility for managing the day to day client reporting and queries ensuring that all deliverables are produced and delivered on time and in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.

What you will be responsible for

  • The ETF Assistant Vice President (AVP) will manage the accounting client delivery process ensuring that all deliverables are quality controlled and delivered on time, in accordance with client service level agreements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Client and regulatory reporting
  • Billing of fees and associated payments
  • Distribution calculation and downstream reporting
  • Audit query resolution
  • Error resolution and reporting
  • Fund Setups
  • Work closely alongside the NAV production team to gain knowledge of the production process in order to work collectively on new product business or projects
  • Review and update department operational processes, to ensure controls remain effective and account for dynamic changes in client requirements, mitigating operational risk wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with teams across our global operating model to service our clients.
  • Manage team members and actively participate in their personal and career development
  • Collaborate with Transformation design initiatives to identify and create efficiencies through technological enhancements and development.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent preferred
  • 7+ years of experience within Fund Administration preferred
  • Experience with ETFs preferred
