Job Purpose:
- Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, the ETF Specialist will be a significant contributor in development and execution of the ETF Strategy in Canada
- The ETF specialist will be responsible for all ETF related sales activities in a specific region
- This will include collaboration with wholesaling teams and identifying unique advisor opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing partnerships
- Partner with wholesaling teams to ensure alignment around business strategy
- Creates and executes regional ETF Strategy
- Collaborates with key stakeholders
- Provides monthly update on progress of strategy to management
- Identify opportunities to develop and execute sales strategies that will maximize market penetration and increase customer loyalty
- Participates in scheduled office visits, seminars, conference calls and other meetings and provides a high level of product expertise
- Provide education to a wide range of retail clients with varying degrees of ETF knowledge on ETF products and related capital markets information
- Deliver timely communications (email, phone, meetings) around fund features and performance to current and prospective clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years investment related experience with specific subject matter expertise in ETFs
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a wholesaler environment with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, build strong relationships and execute
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial
- Bilingual; French and English
