Job Purpose:
- ETF Specialist to join Investor Services ETF Operations team.
- Our ETF custody and fund services (CFS) product offering comprises ETF fund accounting, global custody, fund administration, collateral management, FX execution, securities lending, settlement services, and transfer agency.
- Candidate will be responsible for daily basket processing, settlement of ETF trading activity, monitoring cash-in-lieu (CIL) transactions, and interaction with Authorized Participants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily calculations of ETF Portfolio Composition Files (PCF)
- Ensure proper end of day file transmissions to NSCC, clients, and third party vendors
- Perform resolutions and reporting for failed trade activity
- Interact with Authorized Participants and perform internal burst reconciliations
- Research inquiries regarding complex trade and settlement activities
- Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators.
- Communicate with clients, fund accounting, and third party distributor
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ETF fund accounting, global custody, settlements, fund administration, and transfer agency functions
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of ETF operations experience required
- Ability to perform under high pressure situations in a professional manner
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask against tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
