Job Purpose:

  • Salt is looking for an experienced sales representative to promote and sell our suite of truBeta ETFs to RIAs in the Northeast Region
  • This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders in an early stage company and grow with the firm into a role that is only limited by your ability, attitude, and ambition

Your Responsibilities:

  •  Promote and sell current and prospective Financial Advisor clients to truBeta ETFs and services through telephone conversations, web-based presentations, conference attendance, and in-person meetings
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects
  • Promote sharing and exchange of industry knowledge and trends across the sales teams and greater organization including assisting with developing key marketing strategies and their execution
  • Convey thoughtful research, commentary and insights to prospects throughout the sales life cycle
  • Achieve prescribed sales goals and activity metrics established by management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in marketing/selling ETFs
  • Series 7 and 63 / 66
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
