Job Purpose:

  • Sales / marketing / business development of ETFs and index funds to professional investors. The position is based in Stockholm but requires frequent travel.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development of own client portfolio including portfolio managers, CIOs, traders and other professional investors
  • Calling and meeting clients and prospects
  • Booking meetings and road shows
  • Plan and create events with the help of our marketing department, mostly lunch presentations
  • Liaise with various internal departments including marketing, portfolio management, CRM, product development, capital markets, digital, communication
  • Giving input on product development and projects
  • Potentially act as a spokesperson
  • The focus of the role is on the Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Finland, Denmark,Norway), with a minor exposure to the Icelandic, Baltic and Luxembourg markets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has sales experience to professional investors and preferably an existing client network. Knowledge of investments and financial markets is required with a focus on ETFs and index as a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, other Nordic languages is a significant plus; Finnish, Norwegian and /or Danish
  • You hold a relevant Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics
  • Swedsec license is preferred and will be a requirement to obtain for this position
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, adopting an agile and proactive approach
