Job Purpose:
- The (Senior) ETF Sales Manager will work in our Frankfurt (or probably Munich) branch and is actively covering pension, corporates and insurance clients
- You gained experience with institutional clients and do have existing client relationships that will contribute to the individual’s annual business target
- You are expected to participate in the business planning process in determining budget and resourcing for the relevant client base including client prospecting, marketing, client entertainment and client events
- You are also expected to network and establish relationships and dialogues with key personnel within Invesco and its business partners

Your Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing relationships to represent Invesco ETF and its product offering
- Contacting and meeting prospects to build a broader market presence for Invesco ETF in the region
- Developing a strategy for business growth and increasing Invesco ETF brand awareness and marketing in the market
- Travelling an appropriate period of time during the week within your coverage region
- Determining a solution proposition that is appropriate for the individual investor’s experience with financial products
- Developing senior client relationships with key decision makers
- Continuous developing of prospects and diversify the investor base from established client relationships
- Working with the digital and active sales team to follow-up on leads and entering the appropriate records into our Salesforce system
- Reviewing business trends in order to keep up a constant conversation with the client and prospect.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant sales or portfolio management experience, preferably in the ETP or Asset Management industry
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, institutional business and regulatory requirements
- University degree or comparable education
- Knowledge of business and budget planning
- Good MS excel and word skills, preferably Bloomberg, Salesforce
- Act results driven and customer focused with a positive attitude
- Work with a strong commercial focus and good judgement
- Communicate clear and precise on an advanced level in German and English
- Work self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible
- Operate team oriented, trusted and trust others.
