Job Purpose: 

  • The primary purpose of the role is to solicit new ETF business from Institutions and Intermediary clients in the French market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in the promotion in France of a large range of ETFs and pursue new relationships
  • Win new business for SPDR ETF across all relationships: clients, intermediaries, brokers, market makers and institutional prospects
  • Participate in internal/external sales presentations to prospects and clients
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and organize joint calls with product experts from the group
  • Work with marketing, sales and client service team to leverage existing relationships
  • Help promote the SPDR ETF range in Spain (when possible) and work with other parts of State Street organization.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Have strong sales experience in France with deep list of contacts, and detailed ETF ecosystem understanding
  • Sales experience would be appreciated
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently with the flexibility to work effectively in a large and constantly changing organization
  • Be an articulate communicator
  • Fluency in English
  • Have a sound knowledge of investment products and ETFs in particular have the ability to adapt to new investment ideas and to be proactive in suggesting new products
  • Self-motivated, articulate, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapid links with potential clients
  • Be confident, mature, credible and honest The role is in Puteaux, France.
