Job Purpose:

  • As part of the UK ETF sales desk the candidate will support senior sales and CRM specialists targeting UK and Institutional and retail clients.
  • Based in London, the successful applicant will contribute to the growth of the ETF business throughout all phases of the sales cycle (prospecting, first contact with clients, pitching and follow up).
  • Dealing with the full spectrum of clients with a primary focus on reactive coverage of intermediaries (IFA) and retail clients.
  • The role will require the candidate to develop an extensive knowledge of ETFs and Indices and understand the UK investment market.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and CRM team to maintain relationships with clients and act as the first point of contact for all incoming queries from new clients
  • Primary management of all incoming queries via phone and email from professional and retail investors
  • Provide sales with adhoc analysis and information on Lyxor ETF. In performing these tasks the candidate will work closely with the various internal teams based across London and Paris
  • Support the organisation/attend institutional events, working closely with Lyxor Marketing and Communication teams

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold relevant Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Basic understanding of Financial Markets, Mutual Funds, ETFs and Indices
  • Strong communication in English (strong preference for native English speaker)
  • Proactive

  • Resourceful and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
  • Able to work to short deadlines
  • Team orientated
  • A previous experience in financial market preferable
