Job purpose:
- Contribute to Lyxor ETF’s content marketing team with the positioning of its full product range (300+ equity, fixed income and commodities ETFs)
- Create engaging content across online and offline mediums (web, email, presentations, brochures, video…etc) to support new product launches, and to promote existing products
- Work with Head of Content and wider content team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, marketing collateral, and qualitative and quantitative KPIs
- Ensure all content is clear, fair and not misleading, meeting the standards expected by compliance and legal teams

Your Responsibilities:
- Help bring specific parts of Lyxor’s ETF range to life, through both tactical market led pushes, and strategic long term campaigns (e.g. ESG funds)
- Build Lyxor’s brand and credibility as a leading provider of unique and innovative investment solutions
- Create a steady stream of marketing content across all marketing channels and formats, online and offline
- Maintain key pitch books and marketing material up to date
- Ensure all marketing content is appropriate from both a brand guidelines perspective, and legal & compliance perspective
- Assist with marketing automation projects (e.g. automated slide libraries)
- Project manage key initiatives such as campaigns and new product launches
- Assist with onboarding of new digital marketing technologies/tools and experiment with new creative ways to build engaging and trackable content
- Assist web team and Head of Content with delivery of product-related website tools
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and copywriters when needed
- Upload approved content to Lyxor’s marketing collateral library/portal (Seismic)
- Build positive, constructive relationships with product experts and other specialists (e.g. SRI team, portfolio managers, capital markets team…etc) to understand the key strengths and selling points of Lyxor’s range
- Maintain good relationships with key index partners (e.g. MSCI, Bloomberg Barclays, FTSE Russell, Solactive…etc)
- Distil long/complex/technical product details into more simple, concise, readily graspable and creative takeaways
- Create engaging storytelling and hooks – including data visualisation – to help clients remember key selling points
- Occasionally support the investment writer and communications team with product related articles or press releases
- Maintain positive working relationships with legal and compliance stakeholders
- Show rigour and discipline with regards to creation of compliant marketing material, with the right disclaimers and footnotes
- Enhance framework and procedures for creation of content, and maintain log of all signed-off content
- Build effective working relationships with other members of the content team
- Ensure content meets the expected, high quality standards set by Head of Content (quantitative KPIs in the form of open rates, dwell times, conversion rates to product pages…etc; qualitative KPIs in the form of feedback from Head of Content, sales teams, and senior management)
- Work with digital marketing team to develop a reporting dashboard of KPIs to measure success, and re-evaluate non-performing content
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, with a client-centric, ‘business first’ attitude.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Product marketing experience from an asset manager (active or passive), or an index provider
- Basic technical understanding of asset management and investing
- Creative mindset to bring marketing content to life in engaging and attractive ways
- Ability to write clearly, succinctly and with ‘cut-through’ to stand out from competitors
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with product experts, channel marketers and other internal stakeholders
- Comfortable with numbers, and with working with data and charts (e.g. Excel)
- Rigour and strong attention to detail essential
- Proactive, hungry, self-starting attitude, and comfortable with working in a team
- Adaptable to a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment
- Confidence to put forward new ideas, take the lead on initiatives and think outside the box
- Ability to project manage and multi-task effectively
- English must be a mother tongue
- Marketing qualification or Financial qualification (e.g. CFA, IMC…)
- Knowledge of ETFs and/or passive investing
- Experience working with external creative agencies and copywriters
- Experience using Bloomberg or other financial data providers
- Languages such as French, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish or Dutch helpful, but not essential
- Minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in product marketing at an asset manager, ETF provider, or index provider
- Native English speaker with strong verbal and written language and communication skills
- Languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish or Dutch are nice to have but absolutely not essential.
