Role Overview
The ETF Product Manager is responsible for driving a strategic roadmap for our ETF solution to take it to the next level. Our ETF products are being used by customers in EMEA and Americas regions to price and provide liquidity in ETFs on exchange and via RFQ platforms. Our Buy’n’build model allows our customers to tailor various components of our solution to their needs and even replace them with in-house builds on top of our standard Tbricks Platform.
A successful candidate will need to understand ETF and Delta 1 trading from a business and functional perspective.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic roadmap for ETF solution, starting with what should we build, when and why with the overall goal is to build and maintain a resellable and profitable product in ETF space
- You will be working closely with Engineering team leads to guide them with implementing the required functionality
- You will be working closely with other members of the Product Management team to utilize and extend standard components like risk and hedging to support ETF-specific functionality.
- You will be responsible for building clear specifications for your product and help Engineering to find technically feasible solutions
- You will be working on materials to guide our Sales, Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to streamline go-to market, implementation and support of your product
- You will be responsible for anticipating and incorporating market structure, industry and competition changes into the roadmap
- You will be an SME in your area of responsibility, a go-to person for questions about existing and desired product behavior and market making business
- Working closely with other Product Managers in both Principal and Agency areas to build more standardized, cost-effective and integratable solution, reducing functional duplication
- Working closely with pilot customers and solution delivery teams during initial rollouts of a new functionality
- Maintain roadmap transparency so any stakeholder can see up-to-date plans and answer functional questions even when you are on vacations
Required experience
- Trading or technology background in ETF and Delta 1 trading
- Good communication, analytical, decision making and presentational skills
- Ability to work without close supervision and transparently
- Ability to work closely with Engineering to select practical solutions
