Role Description:
- Operational oversight of ETP onboarding process in conjunction with clients, market makers, and internal teams
- Oversee ETF liquidity programs. Engage with market makers and issuers, and Nasdaq’s internal teams, to develop and improve market quality initiatives
- Business lead for ETP related technology initiatives from development of requirements, testing, to implementation and product release
- Build business intelligence solutions to track industry’s competitive landscape and shape strategic initiatives
- Develops and manages relationships market makers, index providers, custodians and other service providers.
- Partners with ETF business development lead to pitch the listing opportunity at Nasdaq. Supports clients on data, reporting, capital markets, regulatory, etc.
- Contribute to development of ETF business plan and strategic positioning.
Requirements
- High energy individual with integrity who is a self-starter with strong initiative to produce and to deliver in an active, small team environment within a global company
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent data analysis and project management skills
- 3 – 5 years of direct experience within the ETF industry, preferably at a U.S. equity exchange
- Demonstrated proficiency and/or expertise in ETF Trading, Product Development, Capital Markets, Index Development, Regulatory Approvals, equity market structure etc,
- Strong Knowledge in Bloomberg; Factset; Reuters Eikon; Tableau; and other data analytic platforms
