In this role you will
- Oversee the completion of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for ETF-specific tasks, including validation of basket components, valuation of baskets, and preparation of team reporting deliverables. Administer the daily monitoring for compliance with prospectus limitations and various regulations of each domiciled product.
- Complete comprehensive impact analysis of issues and recommends solutions. Independently resolves issues and elevates material issues. Identify opportunities and recommends process improvements to gain efficiencies and ensure quality.
- Promote a comprehensive conceptual understanding of funds, the business unit processes, and the impact to internal and external clients.
- Monitor various controls and procedures to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Advocate awareness of risk management practices.
- Exhibit working knowledge of operations processes and accurately executes policies and procedures utilizing controls, and identifies opportunities for improvement to further mitigate risk. Monitor risk via dashboards, and identifies and communicates situations that expose risk.
- Mentor and coaches other team members, serves as a cross trained resource to the department, and provides assistance and training support as needed.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes
- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
