Job Purpose:
- You’ll be working in the Securities Settlements team in Nashville, TN.
- The Security Settlement team is responsible for ensuring the firms Fixed Income and Equity transactions successfully settle on contractual settlement date and in accordance with trade details as booked in the firm’s system.
Responsibilities:
- Settlement of Primary Market ETF orders (in both US and Global markets).
- Management and processing of US dollar cash collateral on ETF orders.
- Daily Interactions with external counterparties as well as internal clients
- Tracking of all transactions and coordinating efforts across the global operations settlements team in effort to close open obligations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced environment
- Proactive with a right first time attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Internal & external stakeholders need to provide an industry leading level of client & post-trade service, risk management and vendor management.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and basic market understanding
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
