  • ETPLink is an industry initiative for the global ETF industry to create a one stop platform to streamline multiple workflows and related information that is linked to primary market transactions in ETFs and ETPs, connecting issuers, APs, custodians, administrators, banks, brokers and program trading desks via a unified API and GUI.
  • We are a small team of experienced entrepreneurs, business executives and software developers looking to make financial markets more efficient, with the business having gained good traction since its incorporation in 2021 and having received funding from one of the largest global proprietary trading firms.
What we are looking for:

  • We seek an experienced part-time Contractor with an in-depth understanding of the ETF industry, and specifically, the operational and business workflows associated with the creation and redemption process for physical and synthetic, index and active ETFs and ETPs on equities, fixed income, and commodities.
  • You will perform an Operations Analyst function and work with both internal and external stakeholders to design business requirements for our developers, and to enhance the features of the Platform and the user experience.
  • You will have previous relevant experience in the financial markets industry for 10+ years either in an ETF Capital Markets, Product Management or Operations role at an Issuer, Fund Administrator or Custodian. Alternatively, you may have traded ETFs on the Primary or Secondary Market.

You should have:

  • Excellent technical knowledge, specifically related to the ETF primary market.
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, analytical, and positive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed timeframes, and standard accepted practices.
  • The flexibility to work one full day a week either remotely or in our London office, however, we ask, that at the least, once a month you work from our London office.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript coding experience will be regarded as a plus.
