Who we are looking for

Reporting to an Officer within Fund Accounting Client Service Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for key client deliverables and collaborating with our clients .

This role will provide the candidate with exposure to a dynamic client base, including the market leaders, influencers and product designers.

It is a unique role that requires an understanding of Funds and how different you will engage with many internal departments across our global operating model within State Street interact who work closely together to service our clients.

This role can take advantage of our hybrid working model where you can balance work from home and office.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will

  • Ensure excellent level of service provided to all clients serviced by the team
  • Timely escalation of issues
  • Resolve client queries
  • Ensure that appropriate quality controls are in place for all deliverables
  • Continuously review processes to make sure best of breed tools are used and that processes are as efficient as possible.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues, clients and external parties

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Degree level at any discipline is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting –  This could be complemented with a sound understanding of Fund Accounting or Custody background in the Funds Industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of systems, including Microsoft Office applications, is required
  • Excellent service delivery ethos and client advocacy focus
  • Typically candidate will have 3/5 or more years in Fund Administration/Custody experience
