Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the end-to-end campaign execution and optimization of marketing campaigns collaboratively.
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns in partnership with the Digital Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Implement marketing tactics across social media, paid and organic search, web, email, events, paid advertising, and distribution partner platforms.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize performance metrics for all marketing activities, preparing reports for stakeholders and making recommendations to enhance the client experience.
  • Partner with product strategy, editorial, capital markets, and multimedia teams to create original written and video ETF content for investors.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data for high-potential buyers, maintaining target lists for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to execute automated client journeys.
  • Serve as an ETF Marketing contact for the ETF Sales team and broader Marketing team, focusing on building relationships and programs that drive business growth with key clients.
  • Become a client marketing expert, understanding our ETF business and clients and facilitating alignment and execution across the marketing organization.
  • Develop impactful, customized marketing strategies that deliver immersive client experiences and tailored value-added content.
  • Drive innovation by monitoring trends and competitor activities and advocating for industry best practices within the Marketing and ETF organizations.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services or asset management marketing.  Alternative, product management experience in financial services or asset management.
  • Experience with fixed income, financial advisors, or within a creative agency is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.  Experience in strategic marketing initiatives, including ideation, design, build, QA, metrics analysis, and optimization desirable.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and take initiative amidst multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze results, optimize and demonstrate value.
  • Ability to operate independently and professionally (with support and coaching).
  • Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management.
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills, including the ability to manage a large number of ongoing initiatives.
  • The highest level of integrity and fiduciary orientation.
